Great
Kisses
From
the moment we're born to the moment we die, kissing has got
to be one of the most wonderful things on earth. I'm not talking
about kissing your mum or dad or social kisses in the air at
parties, I'm talking about deep, wet, moist kisses between your
lover and you. The ones that really have meaning. The type that
when you kiss, you forget everything else around you and just
concentrate on the sensation, and there's just you and your
lover, floating in space.
Have had one of those? Even if you haven't, you
can prepare yourself for one of those when you do get the
chance to meet someone lovely. Sometimes great kisses happen
spontaneously. When one partner grabs the other partner and
their faces lock. Other times we see great kisses are at weddings,
at the airport, supermarket aisles…who knows? Perhaps in your
own bedroom?
For a great kiss to happen, preferably, you should
have nice clean teeth. That's sometimes a little hard when
you've just had fried noodles for lunch, but try to rinse
off in the bathroom with water at least.
It's a good idea to brush your teeth after every
meal (no, I'm not a hygiene freak, I just love kissing). It
can be funny if you see stuff stuck in your partner's teeth,
but only if you know them really well. If you've just started
dating someone and trying to impress them, chili flakes or
green veggie bits in your teeth won't be terribly attractive
to them. Also, note that onions and garlic can last on your
breath a long time, even till the next morning, so if you're
out on a hot date, don't order anything that will make your
breath smell bad.
If you're eating fried chicken, don't go anywhere
near your mate's face till you've gotten the grease off your
lips. I'm totally serious. If she wanted to moisturize her
skin, she would use a moisturizer from a bottle, not off your
lips.
What if, just what if, you've taken all the precautions
to make your breath and teeth look and smell good, but your
partner has bad breath? Offer them a mint casually, wait a
couple of minutes till they're done with it, and then kiss
them. Of course, you can't use this strategy too often or
they might start wondering if their breath smells bad. In
which case, being honest is sometimes the best policy. If
you're diplomatic about it, it should go ok.
So now we've talked about some basics, let's talk
about techniques. I love talking about the different ways
to kiss, because there are literally zillions of ways to kiss.
Each time you kiss someone, you kiss him or her differently.
There
are butterfly kisses where you let your lips flutter gently
all over her face. There are long, wet smooches where you're
both out of breathe and have to break away to oxygenate. There
are French kisses where you try to wrap around each other's
tongues. There are under lip kisses where you try and massage
the gums of your lover's mouth. There are those kisses where
one of you starts off with lipstick and then the both of you
end up with lipstick on. There are ear kisses that are terribly
ticklish and yet very erotic also. And kisses aren't limited
to the mouth and face of course. You can kiss all over the
human body. So what are you waiting for, go kiss somebody
today!
