Rules
and Regulations

1. Eligibility:
No purchase is
necessary. Only Malaysia citizens and Permanent Residents who reside
in and who are physically located in Malaysia are eligible to participate
in this Contest . All entries must be through www.surfwedding.com
.

2. Entrance requirement:
i) Accurate and
updated login profiles ie. Name, address, I/C number, e-mail address
and phone number.
ii) Completion of survey questionnaire
iii) Select correct answer from question.

3. Conditions of entry
One entries are
allowed, and only one gift per participant will be given. The organizer
reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the said prizes at
anytime with alternative prizes of equivalent value. Prizes will
be fulfilled between 6-8 weeks upon the announcement of winners.

4. Winners Selection:
Only completed
survey questionnaires and accurate profiles will be considered eligible.
Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a potential winner cannot
be reached via the e-mail address provided on registration form
within fourteen (14) business days from Contest Administrator's
first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible,
or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official
Rules, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Disclaimers:
i) Entrants agree
that Administrator shall not be liable for losses or injuries of
any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse
of prize(s), participation in contest, or any technical malfunctions
of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line
system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware,
software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late
(including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled,
incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically
duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
Entrants also agree that Contest Administrator is not responsible
or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's
computer related to or resulting from the contest and its prizes.
The Administrator is not liable for damage to a user's computer
system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the contest
or downloading any information in connection with the contest, including
without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted
data
ii) The Administrator's decision will be final. No correspondence
will be entertained. |
