wonder if you could advice me on how to register my marriage

I am Malaysian Chinese and have been resident in Malaysia
for 27 years, except for 4 years from 1992-1996 where I left

and would like to know what procedures there are to register
our marriage here. We have already obtained the necessary
information for registration of our marriage in France.
If possible I would also like to know how we can apply
